tips: google reader refresh lags in firefox due to google gears extention

Author: I’ve been using google reader as my rss reader for at least 100 years. But long long ago i found that it’s lag between the actual update of google reader’s contents and the sidebar show contents in the left. I thought it was due to imperfect support of firefox on google reader, untill today i disabled the Seems there’s something wrong of google gears extention for firefox causing the time lag problem. hmm…
